Description:
ERW welded pipe production line can produce resistance high frequency straight seam welded pipe, square tube, rectangular tube and steel sheet pile, etc.
Applications:
- Low pressure fluid conveying with galvanized welded steel pipe.GB/T3091-1993. Air gas,water and oil.
- Ordinary carbon steel wire casing.B3640-88. Potect the electric wire in buliding.
ERW pipe produce progress:
- We will check the material, and confirm the material is good.
- Cut the steel material, make it fit for the pipe.
- Bend the material, this step is facility for welding.
- The machine will make the steel material to J than C, the last is O. So the pipe is round.
- Welding: radio-frequency welding.Contact welding and induction welding
- Test: ultrasonic testing. Hydrostatic test
- All the steps finish, will put this pipe into stock.
